Dr. Vu Hoa Tran, Chairman, Co-Founder

Dr. Tran has had twenty years of experience with universities and technology companies in the US in respect to teaching, research, and professional consultation. He has taught and conducted research at New York University on the topics of Network Optimizations, Video Communications, Internet Software & Technologies, Network Securities, Quantum Algorithms, Visualization, Computer Graphics and Artificial Intelligence and is currently a professor of Applied Mathematics & Computer Science at New York University, USA . Dr. Tran holds a B.E. degree in computer engineering, a B.S. degree in physics, and a B.S. degree in mathematics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, USA , an M.S. degree in computer engineering from Boston University, USA, and a Ph.D. in computer engineering from Columbia University, USA. Dr. Tran is responsible for WorldSoft's software development processes, research & development, and directions and strategies.

Mr. Tran, aside Senior Executive President ,is also the current Chief Executive Officer of OMS-CO Computer Corporation, based in Uniondale, New York, USA . He has had extensive business administration experience in the greater metropolitan New York area for the past 30 years. He has worked on a multitude of business dealings, from procuring business contracts to starting his own business, and possesses the expertise and acumen needed to make any venture successful. Mr. Tran holds a B.S. degree in computer science from the New York Institute of Technology, USA . Mr. Tran is supporting Worldsoft‘s CEO for business operations and executive decisions and based in USA .

Mr. Ai Huu Nguyen, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Mr. Nguyen is Worldsoft's Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the company's global commercial and government production activities as well as technical field. Prior joining Worldsoft he has worked in the research and development technology of software field for over 15 years. Mr. Nguyen used to be the Principal of Worldsoft's Software Programming School for over 4 years and held the position of Worldsoft's Technical Director for the past five years. Mr. Nguyen received his B.S. degree in computer science and B.E. degree in Electronic Engineering from Polytechnic University of Hochiminh city, Vietnam .

Mr. Michael Vo Truong, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Truong is overseas Vietnamese educated in America , acting as a Chief Financial Officer of Worlsoft , overseeing all financial aspects of the company. He has strong experience in Vietnam 's market and solid financial background with over 13 years of experience in the United States and across Asia Pacific Region mainly in the areas of Auditing, Strategic Financial Planning & Business Development, and Investment Consulting. He has been in Vietnam since 2000 and actively involved in the projects valuation and provided investment consulting services to major local and international clients in various industries. Previously he has worked for large international companies in U.S and Asia including Cigna Insurance Co, Pricewaterhouse LLP, PepsiCo, and Philip Morris International. Mr. Truong received a B.S degree in Accounting from University of Connecticut , USA .

Mr. Michael Deiulio, Senior Vice President of Operations

Michael Deiulio has worked in the field of software development and technologies for the past seventeen years. Since 1990, he has held the position of Senior Systems Integration Manager at Societe Internationale de Telecommunications Areonautiques Inc. (SITA), the world's largest telecommunications service firm. Mr. Deiulio holds a B.S. degree in computer science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, USA and an M.B.A. from Dowling College, USA. Mr. Deiulio is acting Senior Vice president of Operations ,responsible for supporting CEO for overall technical services directions, systems integration, and global sales activities.
